First Portrait

I felt venerated as an artist in Oct 2020, when my friend Luis asked me to create a stylized abstracted portrait of his late mother. As I approached this creative style of artwork, I connected with the image of his mother to capture the brilliant warmth and beauty that was already captured in the image. This work was done as a 9"x12" digital painting done in procreate and a 9"x12" acrylic painting on canvas board.
